Basic Recipe Olive Oil Salad Dressing
4 tablespoons of olive oil 4 teaspoons of vinegar (red wine, white balsamic, herb flavored varieties) OR the juice of 1 lemon, with or without the pulp, your choice pinch of salt black or white pepper to taste

1. In a small bowl combine the salt with the vinegar OR lemon juice. Stir by hand until the salt is dissolved.
